Century Benefits is an independent insurance agency located in the heart of Portland, Oregon. With a strong focus on Medicare sales, we are looking to build our remote team with experienced and motivated agents who align with our client-first, knowledge-based sales approach. Working with several of the major carriers, and holding a 36-state footprint, we offer customers options that will truly fit their needs.
Not only providing one of the highest compensation structures in the industry, our agency believes in maximizing success for all of our agents and provides INBOUND leads in the form of live transfers (NO COLD CALLING!).
Agents are assigned to a team for ongoing education, live sales support and coaching, and resources to assist them through enrollments as questions arise.
We are looking for agents who are currently licensed, understand and have proven success through both open and annual enrollment periods, have the ability to be self-directed, and are capable of high productivity.
As a Licensed Only Agent, you have the power of dictating your own income! Hitting our (minimum in-house employee) expectations would be earning a targeted minimum of $84k annually in commissions. Top producers can earn between $150-200k+ per year.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm PST - no late nights, no weekends. And the remote training is 5-10 days to understand Century Benefits' platforms and processes.
