- Manage and monitor the charging and billing systems, including servers, networks, databases, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any charging and billing systems issues that arise, such as hardware failures, software bugs, security breaches, or network outages
- Perform preventive maintenance, backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of emergencies
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to procure, install, and upgrade equipment and software
- Document and update procedures, and work instruction to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Telecom, Computer, IT Engineering or related background

Experience 8 – 10 years in Telecommunication Company

Skill in Good Analytical, Logic Thinking, Inter-Personal Skill, Command in English and Computer Skill
