Job Title: Annotator / AI Chat Support
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze data
- Create prompts/questions
- Handle quality assurance of annotators' prompt responses
- Evaluate model responses to prompts by scoring, ranking, and A/B testing
- Flag responses that contain toxicity, hallucinations, or other problematic content.
- Will act as an AI or chat support (must able to understand customer inquiries and provide helpful responses)
Requirements:
- Fluent to native English writing and reading skills required
- Completed at least two (2) years in College with specialization in any course related to computer and programming
- Ability to provide cohesive explanations to prompt responses
- Specialized backgrounds in: IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Science, and other related courses
