Assistant Sales Department

Duties and responsibilities:

Your main duty will be to support Sales Department team in all sales activities and lead promotional activities. You will be involved in and responsible for a mix of administrative, organizational, communication, sales and publicity tasks.
These, for example, shall include:
- Coordination and documentation of Sales Department activities, including paperwork
- Working with internal tools to fulfill processes related to sales activities (keeping tracks of commercial opportunities, related documentation and its storage, CRM database, keeping of paper records, documents archiving)
- Preparation of various documentation for sales team – presentations in PowerPoint, tender support documentation, market research
- Tender search and online translation
- Securing of translation services, legal verification of documents
- Responsibility for internal and external marketing activities:
- Complete arrangement of CS SOFT participation (exhibition stand) in industry related trade shows (usually 3 times a year, usually as part of CSG Aerospace)
- Web administration - managing and updating of company website, copywriting
- Update of product lists/ factsheets – text and graphics
- Preparation and ordering of PR/marketing materials
- Press releases
- Participation in preparation of CSG Aerospace marketing activities
- Preparation of proposal and keeping track of marketing budget
- Arrangement of business trips and meeting related issues for sales department
- Communication with internal and external partners
Job Qualifications:
Required:
- Czech language
- Intermediate/ Upper-intermediate knowledge of English both spoken and written (knowledge of another language is a plus) as we are working with international partners
- Good knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred:
- Experience with back-office job and marketing
- Knowledge of graphical programs (Adobe Illustrator)
- Interest in Air navigation/ Aviation is a plus
