We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior PHP Laravel Web Developer to join our team. As a Senior PHP Laravel Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using the Laravel framework. Your expertise in PHP, Laravel, and web development best practices will contribute to building robust and scalable solutions that meet our clients' requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other developers, to gather project requirements and define technical specifications.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements.
- Debug and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing performance enhancements.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend application functionality and enhance user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in web development, and proactively propose innovative solutions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure proper testing and validation of developed features.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously improve development processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in PHP Laravel web development.
- Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.js is a plus.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing methodologies and documentation.
